Ethan has been very busy lately. He is finally getting over his nasty cold, so he is back to smiling and being happy! He is pulling himself up to stand and walking along the furniture. Yesterday, he walked all the way around the living room back to where he started. :) It is very cute but makes me a little nervous of when he will figure out how to walk on his own. There won't be any stopping him!
He is also saying Momma and Dadda, and I believe he has his own word for cat. It sounds sort of like "bap" or "gat"...something of that sort. He is getting so big! (20 lbs. last time we checked.)
This past weekend, Ethan and I went to Des Moines on Friday and Saturday to help baby-sit Max and Tessa while Kathy and Kevin were at the hospital having Hudson! It was great to see everyone and get to hang out with the neice and nephew(s)! On Saturday, there was a baby shower for Courtney and baby. Courtney is due in March on St. Patrick's Day. That was very fun and I am excited to have three boy cousins all within a year of each other! So, Ethan has the two boys close on the Todd side and Sophia super close on the Hirschman side. What a lucky guy! All of these built in friends!
Once again, I will try to get pictures up soon. It is hard for a couple different reasons the main of which is no internet at our house! But I'm trying!
